It has been a while, a long while, as my soul has been searching, and ideas forming.  Maybe some of what I have is a sketch of a project to come, some a significant item in the development of my Self in this art-making process.
I have worked on a painting for a very long time. As I proclaimed its completion (if there ever can be one) I noticed that this painting is the background to all the sculptures of the last few years.  I am trying to find a way to incorporate this discovery.  I started with one image, and plan to work on more.
One thing I have learned is not to give up, as Rabbeinu Nachman says "You are not allowed to despair!".  So I keep in mind the old adage about the drops of water which persistantly drip, carving away at stone. 
I may serve many roles in life.  I may have decided to find a balance between home and my two loves, the soul searching profession of therapy and the expressive journey of art.  I am willing to own my decision.  I dont ask you to take my decision into account and give me a break in expectations.  I ask you, rather, to look anyways.  Bear with me.  I am working hard and have what to share.
